The widowed Peter Hill (1829-1920) traveled from Wilmington, rural Caledonia, Houston County, Kansas with his five children: Katie (Hill) Raber (1860-1951); Pete Hill (1864-1934); Nick Hill (1864-1944); Lizzie (Hill/Tate) Long (1873-1952) and Henry Hill (1876-1897). He left behind two brothers, John Hill (1847-1927) and Leonard Hill (1851-1944); and his step-mother, Eva (Gaspar) Hill (-1892). He lived until 1915 in Achilles Township, Rawlins County, Kansas; then he moved to Delta County, Colorado to live with his daughter, Lizzie.
