From the Louisville Courier-Journal, Online Edition, 8/3/2003: NEW ALBANY -- Phyllis L. Bott, 88, passed away Saturday at the Robert E. Lee Health Plex. She was a native of LaSalle, IL, a retired seamstress for the old M. Fine & Sons Co. and a member of Mt. Tabor United Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her husband, Irvin A. Bott; a sister, Betty Reynolds of LaSalle; and cousins, Robert Payne and Kathy Payne Adams, both of Louisville, Steve Payne of Knoxville, TN, and Melbert "Bud" Miller of Floyds Knobs, IN. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, followed by burial. Visitation will be from noon-2 p.m. Monday at the Market Street Chapel of Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes.
