Obituary: Catherine Estelle Dick, 80, died Friday at Mount Holly Nursing Home.
She was the former Catherine Bott and a retired operator for Southern Bell Telephone Co.
Survivors: her husband, Carl R. Dick; two sons, Carl R. Jr. and Robert J. Dick; and two grandchildren.
Funeral: 1 p.m. Monday, Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 1201 E. Oak St., with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation from 1 to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday and after 9 a.m. Monday.

Catherine Gude, 88, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday at Bashford East Nursing Home. She was the former Catherine Bott, a native of Louisville and a member of Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent Gude. Survivors include three sisters, Margie Ware, Dottie Feltman and Betty Mahaffey; two brothers, John and Bert Bott; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, 760 Eastern Parkway, with burial in St. Michael's Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1-8 p.m. Sunday at Ratterman & Sons, 3800 Bards-town Rd. Expressions of sympathy may go to Mass of the Air.

NEW ALBANY - Charles E. Bott, 77, formerly of New Albany, died Tuesday at Columbia Audubon Hospital in Louisville.
He was a retired master mechanic for Horton Fruit Co. in Louisville, a Navy veteran of World War II, former commander of American Legion Bonnie Sloan Post 28 and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Hobart Beach Post 1693.
Survivors: his wife, Dolores M. Bott; a daughter, Diane M. Geary; stepdaughters Kathleen Krestan and Sandra Tindal; stepsons Ernest III and David Taylor; a stepmother, Frieda Bott; a half-brother, Don Bott; a half-sister, June Bott; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Thursday, Kraft, Spring Street. Burial: Fairview. Visitation: noon-8 p.m. Wednesday.
